1. Click on Membership Application and Agreement to access new client docs.

2. Print, complete and fax the Membership Agreement form and your proof of permissible purpose documents to us at (800) 303-9203.

3. An Account Mgr. will contact you at your business phone number to verify membership terms.

4. You may begin receiving credit reports immediately as soon as you qualify (usually within 3 business days). Credit Communications follows FCRA guidelines that require authenticated membership registration before releasing credit reports.
